Clinical Governance Support Team

We support staff in ensuring that the care and services provided are of the highest quality. This includes:

  • Patient Satisfaction
  • Audit
  • Clinical Guideline Development
  • Advice and guidance for staff on quality issues
  • Work with Healthcare Improvement Scotland to ensure the care and services we provide meet national standards
  • Staff Education in Quality and Governance issues
  • Participate in key meetings that affect how the Board does its business.
